Franco Scala has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry. His experience in residential construction began in 1980 as a homebuilder in Springfield, Massachusetts. For 10 years he built homes, and gained an appreciation for a customer based business. For the next several years, he was a Construction Manager, and Construction Facilities Manager for Highwoods Properties in Orlando, FL.
In 2003, he started Pioneer Construction, Inc. Franco has been responsible for the management of over 3.5 million sq. ft of interior construction and 2 million sq. ft. of capital improvements in Orlando, FL. Pioneer Builders is expanding their services, and business ventures. He spearheaded the development of downtown Orlando town-home development project, The Brownstones and the newly Park Place Winter Garden. Franco is expanding the scope of the construction & development aspects of his business, in both the residential & commercial markets.
Justin Scala - Co Owner

Justin Scala graduated Florida State University in 2011 with a degree in Business Management. He is a newly licensed general contractor within the state of Florida. Working in project management with Pioneer Construction Services early on, he established a strong foundation in residential developments. Since then he has been with F & J Developers working on luxurious downtown Orlando town house project, The Brownstones at Thornton Park.
Now at Pioneer Builders, Justin strives to specialize in all aspects of the construction industry. New construction and renovation of existing buildings for both residential homes and commercial buildings are the focus of his company. His goal is to provide the best and most thorough performance possible for his clients.
